Text Message Alert

RunSensible’s text alert feature allows legal professionals to communicate with their clients via text messages directly from RunSensible platform. This tool helps streamline communication, ensuring timely updates and efficient case management while maintaining compliance with legal communication standards.

Accessing Text Message Alert

From your left sidebar menu, click on Campaign and select Text Message Alert.

Creating Text Message Alert

To create a new text alert, click the Create Campaign button at the top-right corner of the page.

Managing Text Message Alert Campaign

After creating and saving your SMS campaign, you will be directed to the Text Message Alert Campaign Management page. This page allows you to monitor, manage, and take further action on your saved text massage alert campaigns.
