Customizing Notifications
The notification system provides complete flexibility, allowing you to tailor how you receive updates based on your preferences. Notifications can be configured to be delivered via email, in-app alerts, SMS messages, or any combination of these methods.
To begin the customization process, navigate to the Settings menu by clicking the button located in the top-right corner of the screen.
Within the settings menu select the Automation & Notifications section from the left-hand menu, and then proceed to the Notifications page.
On the Notifications page, all available notification types are categorized into groups such as Tasks, Matters, Appointments, Invoices, Emails, and Others. ensuring easy navigation. Each category is displayed in rows, with specific notification types listed underneath. To the right of each notification type are three columns labeled Email, In App, and SMS/TXT, representing the available delivery methods. For each notification type, checkboxes allow you to activate or deactivate the corresponding delivery option. Selecting the checkbox under Email enables email notifications for that type, while checking In App allows you to receive app alerts, and SMS/TXT activates SMS notifications. You can select one or more methods for each notification type, offering the flexibility to stay updated in ways that suit your workflow and communication style.
