How To Create A New Ticket From The Tickets Page
Navigate to Tickets. In the upper right-hand corner, click on “new.” Enter the details for your ticket. The following fields are required by default;
- Ticket name, create a description for this ticket.
- The pipeline assigns this ticket to a specific ticket pipeline you’ve built.
- Ticket status, choose a particular ticket stage from the pipeline you’ve selected.
To associate a contact or company with the ticket, click the contact dropdown menu and search.
Once you have created the ticket, you can link additional contacts or companies. To do so, select the ticket, click on “add contact” or “add company,” and choose to create a new contact or company or to choose from existing.
