RunSensible’s dashboard provides a central hub where you can view key metrics and information about your law firm’s operations. It gives you real-time insights into tasks, appointments, billing, and case management, all in one place allowing you to manage your firm more efficiently.

Your dashboard is the first thing you see once you log into your account. Although, you can access it from the left sidebar menu.

At the top of the dashboard, you will find a Search Bar that allows you to quickly locate companies, leads, or contacts by entering relevant names or keywords. The search function is designed to provide instant results, making it easy to find the information you need without having to navigate through multiple sections.

Clicking the Open button on each widget serves as a convenient shortcut, instantly directing you to the full section related to that widget. This feature allows for quick and seamless navigation, enabling you to access detailed information or perform actions within that specific area.

Clicking the Plus button on any widget allows you to manually add new entries, such as leads, contacts, bills, or tasks, directly from the dashboard. This feature streamlines your workflow by enabling you to quickly input new information without needing to navigate to different sections of the platform.

Dashboard Settings

The dashboard settings give you the ability to select or deselect which elements you want to display on the dashboard. This allows you to streamline the information visible on your dashboard and focus on the most relevant data for your workflow.
To access dashboard settings, click on the Customize button on the top right of the screen.

To customize your dashboard, simply toggle the switches next to each item you want to display. Once you have made your selections, click the Save button at the top right of the pop-up window to apply your changes. The selected widgets will now appear on your dashboard, and the deselected ones will be hidden.
