Tag Management

Tags in RunSensible are a versatile way to categorize and organize your data within the system. Tags allow you to label leads, contacts, institutions, tasks, matters, and notes for easy searching, sorting, and reporting. Proper use of tags helps streamline your workflow and enhances your ability to retrieve information quickly.

Assigning Tags to Leads

To assign a tag to a lead, first navigate to the lead profile by clicking on Leads from the left sidebar menu.

To assign a tag to a contact, navigate to the contact profile by clicking on Contacts from the left sidebar menu.

Tag Management

To access the tag management page, navigate to Settings at the top right side of the page.

Editing and Deleting Tags

On the main Tag Management page, you will see a list of tags with their corresponding Related Records count, indicating how many records are associated with each tag.
