Keeping track of emails related to specific matters is crucial for your legal practice. RunSensible offers a powerful feature that simplifies this process. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you efficiently view emails related to a matter.
Once logged in your RunSensible account, you will land on your dashboard. To view emails related to a specific matter, navigate to the Matters section. Click on the matter you’re interested in.
Within the matter’s overview page, you’ll see several tabs. Click on the Communications tab. This tab is specifically designed to manage all communications related to the selected matter.
Under the Communications tab, you’ll see a list of all communications associated with the matter. To filter emails, click on Emails on the left-hand side. This will display only the emails related to the matter you’re working on.
Click on an email to view its details. You can see the sender, recipient, subject, date, and the email content. This allows you to review the email entirely.
