Yes. The RunSensible mobile app allows you to manage your firm’s leads, contacts, and institutions from anywhere. You can search and view existing records, update client information, and create new leads, contacts, or institutions either by entering the information manually or by using the built-in Business Card Scanner.

Simply tap the + button in the Matters section, complete the required fields, and save the matter to add it to your RunSensible account.

Each matter includes activity history, communications, notes, matter details, and related documents. You can also send emails, make phone calls, schedule meetings, record notes, and manage case-related information while you’re on the go.

Open a matter, navigate to the Documents tab, and upload files or create folders to keep your documents organized.

You can create, view, and manage Timesheets directly from the RunSensible mobile app. This makes it easy to record both billable and non-billable time as you work, ensuring your time entries are captured accurately, even when you’re away from the office.
