RunSensible’s built-in cloud phone system allows you to make and receive calls directly from the platform. To make a call in RunSensible, start by clicking the phone icon at the top-right corner of the dashboard to open the dialer interface. You can either manually enter a phone number using the on-screen keypad or select a saved contact from the Contacts tab. Once the number is entered, press the green call button to initiate the call. During the call, you can access additional features such as the keypad for entering extensions, the Users tab for transferring calls to team members, and the Contacts tab for quickly viewing client details. When you’re finished, simply click the red end call button to hang up. Alternatively, you can navigate to the Leads, Contacts, or Institutions section, select the desired contact, and click on the Call tab located on the left side of the interface. From there, choose the appropriate phone number and initiate the call.
