Unable to Save Word Document Templates

If you’re experiencing difficulty saving your Word Document templates in RunSensible, it may be because your Word document is locked. When a document is locked, changes cannot be saved until it’s unlocked.

To resolve this issue, you first need to unlock the document. Open the document you’re trying to save the template in and check the title bar for any indications that the document is locked.
